Shipping Rules
Free Shipping for all orders over $50 within the United States.
Domestic (USA ONLY)
- All other orders will have a $6.50 flat rate.
- Free First Class Shipping on all orders with subtotals of $50+
- All include tracking. Express Shipping includes Insurance.
- Express shipping (1-2 day shipping) is also available for a $21 flat rate.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped via US Postal service. If you would like your package shipped via DHL, FEDEX, or UPS please contact us at service@berrydog.com to make arrangements.
- USPS Internations Global Express Shipping: Reliable Shipping to 180 countries. This method includes insurance and tracking. Package usually arrives in your country in 2-5 business days. Once the package arrives we are unable to predict when the package will be delivered to you because your package needs to be processed by your custom department and released to your carrier for delivery. This process can be as quick as 1 day or take several weeks depending on the efficiency of your customs and postal system.
- USPS International Priority Shipping. Reliable Shipping to 180 countries. This shipping do not include insurance and tracking is available on a country basis and may not be avialble to your desitination. Package usually arrives in your country in 6-10 business days. Once the package arrives we are unable to predict when the package will be delivered to you because your package needs to be processed by your custom department and released to your carrier for delivery. This process can be as quick as 1 day or take several weeks depending on the efficiency of your customs and postal system.
We currently ship to the following destrinations: Canada, Western Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East (Express Shipping Only), Mexico (Express Shipping Only). If your country is not listed please contact us at service@berrydog.com and we will make arrangements with you for shipment.
NOTE: Some countries impose duty or taxes (VAT) on imported goods. These charges are determined by your countries customs processing branch once your package arrives. It is the responsibility of the purchaser (you) to pay such charges. We are unable to predict what these charges may be. These charges are usually minimal but If you have any questions please ask your customs department.
